A HAND DRAWN VIDEO TO STIMULATE SALES OF AN UPCOMING PRODUCT

CLIENT: PANINI SUISSE AG - SWITZERLANDBrief: Panini Suisse wanted a 30-second video to promote the pre-launch of the 2016 UEFA sticker collection. The video was destined to play at kiosk point of sales, within a game app and on YouTube. No voiceover was required, just plenty of eye-catching movement and some funky music. The video had to be Swiss orientated but appeal to Swiss, Italian and French audiences.
Challenge: To appeal to the tri-nation audience we created a video around three football players, an Italian football player drinking a café, a French football player eating snails and a Swiss football player. A football with sound effects was used to transition between the three players. Later in the video a football was kicked from the team bus to the hotel where photographs of players appeared, representing the sheets of stickers. As the video was to be shown only in Switzerland we finished with a young Swiss football fan pointing to his favourite Swiss player. "Everybody LOVES the video. We sold out of stickers in the first two days!" |
